Cancellation & Refund Policy - B4iGO

When You Cancel Your Account

We hope this day never comes, but if you need to cancel your account with B4iGO you can do this at any time. You can access your account closure via your profile and slick on the “Close my account” link and then follow the steps. Don’t worry, it’s a easy process and will only take a minute of your time to complete.

What Happens When You Close your Account

Once you have elected to close your B4iGO account, your account will go into a suspended state, this means that your account will be restricted to board and card “Export” functionality only. You will not be able to create new boards and cards, edit existing boards or cards, or access any other functionality on the B4iGO platform. Your account will remain in this suspended state, until one of the following actions take place:
(a) You select to “Reactivate” your account, by selecting the “Reactivate” option in your profile
(b) 30 days has elapsed from when you closed your account

Once the 30 days has elapsed, any data that you have entered (boards and cards you created), will be deleted from B4iGO servers and databases. The only data that we will retain, will be account and billing data that B4iGO must hold for internal accounting purposes, and meta data activity logs.

Getting a Refund

While we want our customers (that’s you!) to be happy, if there is any reason that you are not happy for any reason, and wish to obtain a refund, please email us at support@b4igo.ai. We will take a look at the activity on your account while you were active, and get in contact with you about a refund. Please note, that only a B4iGO account holder can ask for a refund, and refunds will be only be paid into an account held by a B4iGO account holder.



Closing on an Annually Paid Account

If you close your account any time after you have paid your annual subscription for the upcoming year, we will refund you the balance of the amount you paid. We divide the payment you have made until the renewal payment the following year, into 12 periods. When you close your account, we will refund the balance, from the start of the period, following the current period in which you decided to close your account.
When refunding the balance to you, we will refund to the bank account details you enter at the time of selecting to close the account. Please note though, we can only refund money back to a bank card holder who has the same name as the owner of the B4iGO account. Attempts to make payments to another account will not be successful.
Once you have competed, the close account process, your account will remain accessible with all the features of B4iGO until the end of the current period. So please note, depending on when you close your account in the current period, the time in which you can access and use of B4iGO features and functionality, may vary.
Once that current period ends though, your account will be restricted to board and card “Export” functionality only during the next period. You will not be able to create new boards and cards, edit existing boards or cards, or access any other functionality on the B4iGO platform.
Once that following period has elapsed, your account will be inaccessible. Data that you have entered (boards and cards you created), will be deleted from B4iGO servers and databases. The only data that we will retain, will be account and billing data that B4iGO must hold for internal accounting purposes.

Cancelling on a Month by Month Paid Account

Much like closing an annually paid account, if you close your month-to-month billing account, your account will be closed at the start of the following billing period from the current billing period, though B4iGO does not offer any refunds for that current billing period.
Once you have competed, the close account process, your account will remain accessible with all the features of B4iGO until the end of the current period. So please note, depending on when you close your account in the current period, the time in which you can access and use of B4iGO features and functionality, may vary.

When We Cancel Your Account

If for any reason, your account is closed by B4iGO, depending on your account type (annually billed or month to month billing), we will afford you the same rights as described above, with the exception if, you have engaged in illegal activity, then your account and data will not be accessible effectively immediately, upon a subpoena from law enforcement. You will also forfeit any amount that would have been refunded to you on an annual account.
