To protect ourselves and our customers, we here at B4iGO have established a restriction policy to make clear what types of content and behaviour will not be tolerated on the platform. If we find out that someone on the platform is in violation of this policy, we will pursue internal and, where necessary, refer that behaviour to the relevant legal authorities.

(a) Violence, or threats thereof: If an activity qualifies as violent crime regardless of where you live, you may not use B4iGO products to plan, perpetrate, or threaten that activity.
(b) Child exploitation, sexualization, or abuse: We don’t tolerate any activities that create, disseminate, or otherwise cause child abuse.
(c) Harassment and Hate speech: “Love all the people” as Bill Hicks once said. Using B4iGO as a platform for advocating subjugation or oppression of another group, or using racial, sexual or any other type of slur against a person or group on the platform won’t be tolerated.
(d) Doxing: If you are using B4iGO to share other peoples’ private personal information for the purposes of harassment, your account will be suspended while an investigation takes place, and if you are found to be doxing, your account will be closed.
(e) Malware or spyware: Anyone we detect that is using B4iGO to create malware, spyware or other types of online surreptitious surveillance products, will be banished.
(f) Phishing or otherwise attempting fraud: It is not okay to lie about who you are or who you affiliate with to steal from, extort, or otherwise harm others.
(g) Spamming: No one wants unsolicited commercial contact. If we find that a customer is using B4iGO for the harvesting and spamming of other customers, they will be banished from the platform.
(h) Infringing on intellectual property: You can’t use B4iGO to make or disseminate work that uses the intellectual property of others except where permission is granted, it has been open sourced or is within the bounds of fair use.

There may be other purposes that will be restricted as they come to light in the future, and we reserve the right to add them, ad-hoc as they do. We want all our customers, to feel secure and happy whilst using the platform, and though we would love to quote a line from “Pulp Fiction”, we will instead say, that we will take action against anyone who uses B4iGO to cause harm or distress to another.

Please provide us with details regarding the account, content, and/or behaviour you are reporting. If you are able, please send us any URL or screenshots and / or attachments that are relevant. Your identity will not be revealed to anyone associated with the reported account.
We will respond to you, as soon as we are aware of your complaint, and will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation and the outcome.
