Firstly some definitions!
“Company”, “services”, “platform”, “we”, “our”, “customer” “you”, “your” or “us” in this document, is B4iGO.
“Company” means B4iGO as a registered business entity.
“Services”, “B4iGO” or “platform” means the product B4iGO, and includes all current, future and past
versions and includes all delivery platforms (Web browser, desktop application, mobile application, mobile
browser, ablet application, tablet browser or, any other current or future format).
“Customer”, “You” or “your”, means the people or organizations that own an account on B4iGO.
“Administrator”, means someone who has administrative rights on board that “they” have created or have been
afforded administrative privileges by another B4iGO account holder on board created by another B4iGO account
holder.
We may update these Terms of Service in the future. Typically, these changes have been to clarify some of
these terms by linking to an expanded related policy. Whenever we make a significant change to our policies,
we will refresh the date at the top of this page and take any other appropriate steps to notify account
holders.
When you use our B4iGO or any other related Services, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest
Terms of Service. And it is applicable to the existing version of B4iGO and its features and any upgrades,
enhancements or new services that are released in the future. We reserve the right to not exercise or
enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service at any time, but where this occurs, it will and does
not constitute as a waiver of such rights or provision. These terms do contain a limitation of our
liability.
If you violate any of the terms, we may terminate your account, though we see this is a last resort, except
in those circumstances where you are using B4iGO as a platform for the storage, viewing and dissemination of
illegal material or, material that goes against Company policy.

Features and Bugs
At B4iGO, we take the time and dedication to craft our services based on our own experience and the feedback
we receive from customers. Unfortunately, we can’t please everyone; no matter how much we wish we could.
With that in mind, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all your individual needs and
expectations. We thoroughly test all of our functionality before the next release, but like everything else
in life, sometimes things slip through. Bugs that impact security and privacy are our highest priority, then
functional fixes and new functionality after that.
Services Adaptations and API Terms
You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from your use
of the API or third-party products that access data via the API. Additionally, third-party applications may
not use the API if the functionality of the API is part of an application that monitors or records a service
user's activity, other than time tracking, both inside and outside the applications.
The Company reserves the right to determine if an integration service violates this rule, and any
third-party that has built and deployed an integration for the purpose of remote user surveillance will be
required to remove that integration. Abuse or excessively frequent requests to the services via the API may
result in the suspension of your account's access to the API. The Company reserves the right to determine
abuse or excessive usage of the API and may cut off access without prior notice if API usage creates or
could potentially create downtime.
Where a third-party has created an integration to between B4iGO and their services, we are not liable or
accountable for any of these third-party integrations.
